Deploy your own vault

This deploys OrderVault and its two libraries, creates the NFT collection, lists both markets and rewrites packages/nextjs/contracts/deployedContracts.ts. There is no local chain: Anvil has none of Hedera's system contracts, so the vault only runs on Hedera, and the tests use mocks of them instead. The scaffold's foundry:chain and --network localhost still exist from the base template but don't apply here.
